The current level of Lake of the Woods is 322.98 m (1059.6 ft), a 50th percentile level for this time of year. The lake level declined 2 cm (1 in) over the past week and is expected to change little over the next week.
Lake of the Woods outflow was reduced from 500 to 425 m³/s on Monday, August 30th. A further reduction in authorized outflow, to 390 m³/s, occurred on Thursday, September 2nd.
